Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at fonepro.pk. Please read our policy carefully.

Policy Overview

  • 3-Day Return Limit: Our policy lasts 3 days from the date your order was delivered. If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: Please note that a change of mind is not applicable for returns or refunds. We only process returns for fault or damage as specified below.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

MANDATORY PROOF REQUIRED:

We require an unboxing video as proof to guarantee the security and integrity of your shipment. Please record the unboxing process, as we cannot accept claims without this proof.

Faulty Product Returns (3-Day Limit)

Accessories such as smartwatches, wireless earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and power banks can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they exhibit the following faults:

Wireless Earbuds

  • Battery issue
  • Connectivity Issue
  • Physically Damaged (must be shown in unboxing video)
  • Repacked (Wrong item sent)
  • Buds not working

Smart Watches

  • Battery issue
  • Charging issues
  • Display Issues
  • Physical damage (must be shown in unboxing video)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Shipping Returns

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as proven by the unboxing video). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at FONEPRO.PK@GMAIL.COM*and send your item to: G36 Jeff Heights Gulberg 111.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail it to: G36 Jeff Heights Gulberg 111.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
